General - How to find your Computer Name

These instructions apply to most versions of windows, not just Windows 8.

1. Begin by right-clicking your windows menu icon in the lower left corner of you desktop. If you've moved the icon, right-click it in the new location.

2. From the resulting menu, choose System.

3. In the resulting screen, you'll see all of your general computer information, including your Computer Name roughly half way down.
